By merging analytical rigor with creative insight, Kayla combines her understanding of communications, project management, and graphic design to deliver exceptional service to our healthcare clients.

Kayla began her career at Walt Disney World Resort, where she partnered with the communication and marketing team to lead a transformative public-facing initiative to enhance guest and employee experience. Extending her expertise, she employed creativity in the end-to-end coordination of trade shows, where she managed project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and budgets, playing a pivotal role in the successful launch of a SaaS company. With an entrepreneurial approach born of her own small business experience, Kayla will assist with project kickoffs, briefs, workflows, and deliverables guided by exceptional communication and her breadth of understanding.

XCH will fully utilize Kayla’s wide breadth of experience. Her cross-over skills enhance team synergy and inform the multidimensional work we do for our healthcare clients. Kayla’s combination of creative and technical expertise marries well with our culture of collaboration.

Proving the power of relationships, Kayla was sought out by former colleagues to coordinate and design internal communication assets for the $8 billion expansion of LaGuardia Airport, which focused on enhancing sustainability and the passenger experience. A graduate of The Art Institute of Jacksonville with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design, Kayla brings a well-rounded perspective to project management, seamlessly balancing creativity with strategic execution. Currently pursuing a project management certificate, Kayla is committed to further honing her skills and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
