With vast experience leading the internal financial functions of organizations of all sizes, Tony is adept at using data and financial measures to drive higher levels of customer engagement, growth and profitability. He works directly with senior management to maximize utilization rates and keep all the rules and processes in line with our projects and other operating systems.

Because of Nestorovski’s exemplary listening and analytical skills, we count on him for long-term planning and strategy that will facilitate the growth of the agency while maintaining XCH core values, notably our SERVICE-CENTRIC focus. He is a master communicator who epitomizes the collaborative spirit and positive persona of the agency.

Nestorovski holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University Northwest and has the unique experience of working with the proprietary project management software that XCH uses to run our back office.
