PHILADELPHIA, PA.–June 6, 2022, Xavier Creative House (XCH) welcomes Caitlin Lewis to the Human Resources team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. With a strong passion for people and what drives them, Caitlin carefully listens to each candidate, asking thoughtful questions to fully understand their needs and how we can determine fit together. She is energized by interactions and brings authentic enthusiasm to her role.

Caitlin works closely with internal leadership and hiring managers to understand each opening from a skill and mindset perspective. She believes that transparency in the recruiting process is paramount to a successful talent acquisition strategy. In addition to recruiting, Caitlin will contribute to administering HR programs and initiatives and internal employee communications, and she will support the Director of Human Resources.

Caitlin is a Saint Joseph’s University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. She majored in human resources and people management, leadership, ethics, and organizational sustainability and minored in industrial and organizational psychology.
