PHILADELPHIA, PA. – January 4, 2021, the Xavier Creative House team welcomes Jessica Spicer as Client Services Manager. As the facilitator of continuous communication, Jessica promotes seamless collaboration across agile workstreams to meet project milestones. Her experience as a Project Delivery Analyst in the public healthcare sector for Deloitte, took her on-site with clients improving and developing state healthcare programs.
A relationship builder at heart, Jessica is an advocate for customer success. She loves bringing clarity and ease to the collaborative processes to support the synergy between the clients’ needs and the creative vision. Jessica will contribute to new project launch, facilitation of creative delivery, and continuous communication with our clients. Her affinity for task prioritization, time management, and customer engagement make her a perfect fit for a client-facing role. Always committed to a career in healthcare marketing, Jessica chose the Healthcare concentration at the University of Kentucky, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts, Healthcare Communications.
