Aligning with our commitment to the healthcare industry, I’m excited to offer this positive support to promote the vitality of our team.
Stacey began her wellness journey as a health club instructor. By the time she entered college she was an ACE Certified Group Fitness Instructor and AFFA Personal Training certified. While studying kinesiology and business, Stacey worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fit Instructor, and Weight Room Supervisor in the Student Recreation Center.
After graduating with a BS in Kinesiology from Arizona State University, Stacey worked as a Corporate Fitness Specialist & Lifestyle Coach creating wellness plans and staffing the fitness center for an employee base of over 500. She continued to seek certifications with the Integrative Wellness Academy and became a Functional Aging Institute Specialist. Stacey later worked as a Fitness Supervisor and Health and Nutrition Coach for a luxury resort and then became the Spa & Fitness Supervisor at the private club of a prestigious residential community.
Upon returning to the east coast, Stacey joined Twisters Wellness Centers and built a large following of individual and corporate clients. She had further enhanced her expertise with certifications in Balance Body: Mat Pilates I & II and Reformer I, II, & III; ACE Personal Training & Group Fitness; TRX-Suspension Group Specialist; Barre3; and a 200 hour yoga certification. In July 2019, Stacey launched Movement by Stacey, helping individuals stay fit and healthy in their workplace and at home. She currently serves five corporate clients providing virtual and onsite fitness classes as well as 1:1 fitness coaching. We are pleased to welcome Stacey to facilitate a wellness culture, further expressing Xavier’s commitment as advocates for healthcare brands.
