PHILADELPHIA, PA.– January 19, 2021–Xavier Creative House (XCH) welcomes Rachael Ritchie as Client Services Manager. With a lifelong interest in people and culture, Rachael focused her studies and travel on exploring the role of small businesses in diverse economic conditions.
Similarly fascinated by non-profits that develop standards for improving business transactions, Rachael spent the early part of her career at the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN). She served as the liaison for pharmaceutical companies, marketing agencies, and cancer key opinion leaders. Being accountable for promoting and upholding the NCCN guidelines for use of its scientific material, Rachael gained hands-on knowledge of licensing, nomenclature, and clinical review/integrity.
With her vast client-facing experience, Rachael puts relationships first by taking the time to clearly articulate timelines, project status, and the complexities of citing branded content.
Rachael is a graduate of Eastern University with a Bachelor of Arts for a dual major in economic development and cultural anthropology and missiology.
