XCH’S RACHAEL RITCHIE PROUDLY SERVES ON THE INVESTOR PANEL FOR THE ANNUAL YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS ACADEMY (YEA! PHILADELPHIA) BUSINESS PITCH COMPETITION

PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 17, 2023— Xavier Creative House (XCH) proudly supported the Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA! Philadelphia) business pitch competition for the sixth consecutive year. Rachael Ritchie, XCH’s senior account manager, lent her expertise as one of the judges on the Investor Panel, evaluating 15 innovative business ideas and funding requests from young CEOs.

MY EXPERIENCE AS A JUDGE ON THE INVESTOR PANEL HAS BEEN IMMENSELY REWARDING. IT WAS INSPIRING TO BE PART OF THE JOURNEY OF THESE YOUNG CEOS AND WITNESS THEIR AMAZING INNOVATION AND DETERMINATION.

For the past two years, XCH Founder and CEO Sunny White has used her seat on the panel as a coveted developmental opportunity for employees. The chance to judge the YEA! event has become a rite of passage for team members like Rachael, who plays a pivotal role helping clients who are operating under tight deadlines navigate complex regulatory environments. Rachael embraced the opportunity to make tangible contributions to budding entrepreneurs who have honed their business plans over a rigorous nine-month program.
