Carmen Gonzalez-Farr joins Xavier’s Communications Division

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Xavier Communications welcomes Carmen Gonzalez-Farr to its Public Relations Division. After more than a decade supporting both domestic and international Brands, Farr expands Xavier’s capabilities in strategic development and account management for global healthcare/medical. She leads the coordination and maintenance of advertising campaigns and branding solutions with a focus on PR, competitive analysis, KOL profiling, and high impact publications.
For much of her career, Farr delved into the Ophthalmology specialty area affirming the power of affiliation by developing enduring relationships with domestic and international ophthalmic societies, organizations and KOL’s. She capitalizes on the expertise of corporate vendors to achieve optimum results engaging best practices. Carmen demonstrates her industry IQ with expert event planning, coordination, and management of global congresses hosted in the U.S. The experience of interfacing directly with KOLs and other industry experts has solidified Farr’s command of the environment to the benefit of our customers.

Farr sees clinical education as a vital part of the public relations methodology to promote the credibility of the client portfolio and make the case for which applications become known as the standard of care. Carmen attended classes at California State University-Sacramento in pursuit of an undergraduate degree and is a lifetime resident of the Sacramento area.
