Xavier Creative House (XCH) is excited to welcome Michele Cappuccio to the agency as Executive Assistant to CEO and Founder Sunny White, MBA. With a proven track record of operational excellence and a passion for organization, Michele brings years of entrepreneurial experience and high-level administrative insight to support the agency’s leadership team.

In her new role, Michele will serve as a strategic right hand to Sunny, coordinating scheduling, internal programs, special projects, and cross-functional agency initiatives. Her role is pivotal in supporting executive priorities and enabling and supporting leadership to focus on advancing XCH’s bold mission.

Michele joins XCH with over five years of experience running her own successful professional organizing business, “Organized by MC.” As the founder and CEO, she built and scaled operations, managed client services, and led a team of organizers across the Greater Philadelphia area.

Looking ahead, Michele is eager to bring her organizational superpowers and entrepreneurial mindset to a fast-paced creative agency environment. She’s passionate about creating clarity from complexity and supporting visionary leadership through systems that elevate people and purpose.

Michele holds a BBA in Business Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and was recognized as a student leader in the National Society of Leadership and Success.
