Xavier Creative Homebound Health Series
Creativity is a powerful force. It drives the human spirit to seek solutions in the face of crisis. The well-being of our team and customers has become the highest priority while we shelter in place. Only the most limited activity outside of the home is happening. To address the impact of this drastic change in our environment, Xavier is treating our extended team to weekly virtual fitness sessions.
How to Stay Motivated at Home
Wellness is a Mind-Body-Spirit effort. There are countless articles on how physical fitness uplifts our mental health, supports the immune system, and improves mood. This is why we are adding the Xavier Home Creativity Boost to our meeting schedule beginning on Thursday, March 26, 2020 and ongoing for six to eight weeks. These weekly virtual fitness sessions feature Stacey, our Director of Wellness, an Exercise Physiologist who will be utilizing our Zoom conference line to motivate our team to work out together. This addition to the Xavier schedule could just be the best thing to come out of this crisis.
Creativity Fuels the Workout
As a creative agency, Xavier is constantly seeking inspiration from the environment. We engage our team to report back at the end of each month on what stimulated them the most as they explore the world around them. Now we must find innovative ways to motivate ourselves within a confined space. This is what Xavier is all-about, fusing meaningful technology in everything we do. In this case, it is our virtual conference system, Zoom. We are using it to come together for a fun activity fueled with the ingenuity to turn our homes into a mecca of good health.
