UV Safety Month
July is UV Safety Month – a month aimed at spreading awareness of the importance of proper skin and eye protection from UV rays.
We’ve all had a sunburn at some point in our life, but the long-term effects of prolonged sun exposure without proper protection can include skin cancer and premature aging of the skin, including liver spots and wrinkles. At XCH, we prioritize the health and wellness of our employees, so we asked them for their favorite sun protection items and tanning alternatives that they use to stay safe while enjoying the outdoors.

“One of my biggest problems when enjoying the sun is my scalp getting burnt, so a few years back I got a hat like this one (I don’t think they have the exact one I bought anymore).
