PHILADELPHIA, PA January 23, 2023—Today, XAVIER CREATIVE HOUSE (XCH) announced the appointment of Leah Kohler as Employee Experience Coordinator. Leah will join the HR team, responsible for onboarding and programming that promotes a solid infrastructure of people, processes and tools. In her new role, she will focus on Learning & Development and Culture by championing education, awareness, alignment, an accountability-centric mindset and a culture of engaging others. Leah will cultivate scalable and robust employee experiences to ensure a sustainable, competitive strategy that retains the best, most diverse, forward-thinking talent. She will continue her contribution to the Evocative Xchange podcast as Producer.
Leah joined XCH as a contractor in the Operations Coordinator role in September 2020 and became familiar with agency operations. After four months, she was hired full-time as a Client Services Coordinator. With her professional demeanor and positive temperament, Leah was promoted again to Senior Client Services Coordinator less than a year later. She epitomized XCH’s Service-Centric core value and excelled in project management, ensuring clients received white glove service while maximizing internal resources.
During this time, Leah displayed a talent and passion for providing assistance and training to new and existing employees. XCH is committed to putting the right people in the right seats, so the role of Employee Experience Coordinator was created with Leah in mind. The programming picks up where orientation leaves off to ensure a consistent voice for processes that engage the employee in every stage of the employment lifecycle. Through her efforts, Leah will significantly impact XCH’s commitment to sustainable development by focusing on SGD 8, which seeks to “promote sustained, inclusive, and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.”
It is gratifying to dedicate a specific coordinator to ensure that the culture reflects what people experience and an environment that evolves as the agency scales and the team grows.
