Big data is where all the innovation lives for recruiting, and Katherine is diving in with spreadsheets and a fluid interface to our talent management system to coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate files. She is no stranger to working the numbers, with previous roles in underwriting and data analysis. Katherine’s experience homing in on the desired variables in big data sets has now come to life by applying it to people.
For internally focused objectives, Katherine is a dedicated resource for the tracking of employee training and certifications for learning and development. Katherine is completing studies in economics and insurance and risk management at Saint Joseph’s University and expects to graduate in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.
