In her new role, Devon will support the XCH business development team by identifying new opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and crafting strategic outreach that aligns with our purpose-driven model. She will also collaborate closely across departments to ensure client needs are understood and eXceeded through compelling proposals, presentations, and solutions that resonate.

Devon’s impressive track record includes roles at both healthcare PR and medical communications agencies, where she sold services ranging from trade and consumer media relations to scientific publication planning. Her deep understanding of therapeutic areas and specialties enhances her ability to match client needs with customized strategies that drive growth and engagement.
